I had an appointment with this provider, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. I came in with documented findings from a recent CT scan, including inflammation in the right side of my colon and a borderline enlarged liver. These findings were not discussed at all during the visit. I tried to explain my symptoms and the history behind them, but I was interrupted repeatedly and not allowed to finish a single explanation. During the appointment, the provider raised his voice and spoke over me several times. I clearly stated that this was triggering my PTSD and asked for him to stop. He did not adjust his tone or behavior, and the situation escalated instead of improving. No patient should have to repeat a boundary like that in a medical setting, especially when they are already in distress. When I asked a simple question about why the follow-up was set for two weeks, he responded with, “Come back next week then, I don’t care.” That was said directly to me in the exam room. It… was dismissive and unprofessional, and it made it impossible to continue the visit. There was also a major contradiction regarding my blood pressure. At first it was brushed off with a comment about not prescribing medication for it. Moments later, the entire visit was shifted to focus only on blood pressure while every other concern was ignored. My CT results, abdominal symptoms, and back pain were not addressed at all. I also had to push for a referral to a GI specialist. The provider did not bring it up or explain any next steps. My wife stayed after I left the room to make sure the referral was actually sent, because it was clear it would not have happened otherwise. This review is not about disagreeing with a medical opinion. It is about the lack of respect, communication, and basic professionalism during the visit. Patients deserve to be heard, spoken to calmly, allowed to explain their symptoms, and have their documented medical findings taken seriously. That did not happen here.

Doctor Juan Cazano in Corning, Arkansas has to be the rudest, most unprofessional doctor we have ever encountered. We could hear him raising his voice to the patient in the adjoining room and continued with my husband and I when he came in ours. He would not listen to anything we tried to tell him of how we were feeling while recovering from Covid. My husband has heart problems which he tried to explain to the doctor and he would not listen. All he would say is you need to go to a Cardiologist. We ask several times if the issues my husband was having could be contributed to the Covid and the doctor just kept raising his voice and saying I told you to go to a Cardiologist. He would not answer the questions at all. We explained my husband’s Cardiologist was in another state, so before making an appointment wanted his professional opinion if the issues could be caused by Covid. He refused to answer and said I have told you all I am going to say and abruptly left the room. We got up and… left. We would not recommend seeing this doctor for anything and we will definitely not be going back. Rude and Unprofessional is on the kind side of what we could say.

He is very thorough with testing and referrals to specialists. He explains everything.

I waited over an hour to see him. He is very abrupt and makes you feel as if you are a second class citizen. I will never go back to this Dr. again due to the long wait, he spent very little time with me. He has a horrible attitude and his nurse is in the same category as he is.
