Dr. Julio Antonio Batista, MD

My grandma had a terrible experience at this place. The doctor Julio Batista and staff have 0 empathy for the elderly. She went there early in the morning and they left her for last even though her appointment was early. She waited for over 4 hours and ended up leaving in the afternoon. On top of that, when the doctor finally saw her, she told me the doctor introduced the speculum super fast and did not even use gel when he knew that she was old and had vaginal dryness. My grandma was screaming in pain. Also, no one helped her stand from the bed that was very high; she could have fallen. She obviously will not be coming to this place again. There are way better doctors out there, save yourself from a horrible experience.

La persona que recibe las llamadas , me a dejado más de 4 veces por más de 10 minutes y no me me da respuesta a mi pregunta , muy mal services.

muy mala organización, siendo por orden de llegada oh apoiment es horrible la falta de respeto , no tanto la espera, como todos los que pasan, sin pensar que unos pedimos el dia en el trabajo , oh igual el tiempo es oro y para eso estamos temprano! falta de etica profesional, despues de haberme puesto un tratamiento para poder retirarme la guia, ni me volvió a revisar, me pidieron 350$ para poder hacerme el procedimiento sin antes haberme visto si todo estaba bien ! la verdad que mi humilde opinion es que estamos expuesto a un solo simbolo $$$

A lo que es mi caso particularmente mi opinión es que el trato es con demasiada falta de conocimiento y organización, demas que te dicen que es por orden de llegada de igual tengas cita oh no. y no es lo peor, lo peor es . que no existe un respeto, si uno esta ahi , es pk pidió el dia , dejo de trabajar oh esta ahi desde bien temprano para ocupar despues el resto del dia,,, y ves como pasan sin darte al menos una explicacion y el doctor ni me diga... factoria como casi todo a conveniencia ??

ESPERAR 5 HORAS , DEJAMOS DE TRABAJAR MI ESPOSA Y YO para un servicio muy pobre , una falta de respeto tanto las secretarias como el " doctorcito" SÓLO TE DICEN " AQUÍ ES ASÍ..." WHAT !!!!!

Dr. Batista is the best OB/GYN Doctor I have meet in my life!Few Doctors have the combination of knowledge and compassion he has and I recommend him to anyone seeking treatment.

Excellent physician He is very humble doctor with the best surgical skills.
