I have been a patient under Dr. Mansfield's care for a long time. He has a wonderful bedside manner, is very caring, always has good advice, and is very professional. His office and nursing staff have always treated me with respect and have been very helpful..

Love love love dr Mansfield. He is very professional and truly cares for his patients well being. He is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. His nurse staff that deals with phone calls can learn some common courtesy I have been calling for a week now trying to get refills to no reply. The pharmacy has been calling and faxing with no reply. I even asked for a return phone call if possible to which never got. I understand they are busy but when you have a patient who have questions regarding meds they should be taken it takes 2 minutes to pick up a phone to ease someone’s mind or atleast reply to a pharmacy who is also on their 4th attempt. Yes this has gone on now for 1 1/2 week now. You will absolutely love dr Mansfield. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand everything before you leave. He actually listenes to your concerns. It’s his staff that can be questionable and even sometimes they are great. However this time around not quite sure if their is even a staff… there

I had to go through three operators before I got his office Receptionist was quite abrupt, seemed aggravated I would ask questions. Prescription was sent to the wrong vendor when I called is seemed I had made the mistake and the call was terminated. Staff told be they had contacted me several times about the report. I never received any calls or voice mail ant I was home all that time.

excellent doctor - very informative and spends time explaining things

Dr Mansfield has always treated me with respect, concern, dignity and listened to my concerns. I feel like he is my partner in maintaining good health. He respects my financial/insurance concerns when ordering diagnostic tests or medications. He takes his time with the patient, follows up and overall a very good doctor. My only regret is that he works for IHC.

Dr. Mansfield is without question the best Doctor I have seen. At 67 that says a lot! The biggest problem I have is with his assistant Kelly. She is condescending, arrogant and belligerent. An exact opposite to Dr. Mansfield who is caring, professional and personal. As much as we like and trust Dr. Mansfield, we may have to make a change soon as as Kelly's negative attitude is taking a toll on use. Thank you for the years of care you have provided us.

Dr. Justin Mansfield is a caring and thorough doctor. He is gracious and is just a great doctor. He always makes me feel like I am his number one concern when I am in his office. He doesn't try to rush through the visit but really listens to my concerns and does his best to diagnose and treat any issues I may have.

LOOKS WAY TOO HARD TO FIND THINGS TO TREAT YOU ARE NOT HAVING ANY PROBLEM WITH.
