Dr. Kai Li, MD

Dr. Li is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is excellent about explaining things in everyday terms that I can understand. He is extremely thorough and is concerned about all aspects of my health.

Used to be a good doctor, but he has put everything, but his patients first. He informs patients that certain legally prescribed medications approved by the FDA are just cause for patient labeling, discrimination, and treatment prevention. Other patients mention sudden requests for erroneous fees, refusal to give records at no cost annually for social security needs until reminded of the law that passed recently, does not honor patient/doctor contracts, brings practice drama into patient consult (I.e., Queries if his own partners within the practice prescribed you something they should not have.), and treats patients via speculation vs. actual test results. That last one alone could make one nervous while in his care. If you prefer a doctor that treats first and diagnoses last, uses speculation and ignores test results, this is the doctor for you!

I like Dr Li but why does this clinic have such a turnover with nurses? And why are the nurses so unhealthy and have no personality?

I have never waited more than 15 min. before being seen. Dr Li spends time speaking with me, addresing any concerns I have and has never make me feel rushed. He doesn't order unnessary tests. I highly recommend De Li to anyone looking for a primary care Dr.

Overall the doctors are good. The staff can be rude Specially the receptionist when answering calls. Try to schedule an appointment even for an urgent matter and it will be 2 weeks+ ...And to top it off they give you attitude, they always have a rude tone of voice. Such a shame the doctors arent that bad just bad staff.. I liked how close by it was but thinking of switching doctors thank you rude lady's ;)

Doesn't listen to the symptoms needed MRI but kept saying it's just a little arthritis. Multiple appointments before I finally got to a sports Dr. who immediately ordered the MRI and scheduled surgery to fix the problem found. Dr. Li while nice doesn't seem to want to order tests to help the patient. Find another Dr. I did.
