Dr. Joseph has transformed my Mom. The wait time is definitely long BUT this is due to him providing adequate time for the patients before you. You will have the same treatment. Yes, English is not his native tongue, by the end of the day.....it is his experience and knowledge regarding your behavioral health requirements.

I was called to an examination room and was met by a young man. He was very friendly and ask me a lot of questions. As it turned out he was a medical student in a foreign country!!! When I finally saw the psychiatrist I complained about being seen by a medical student but not introduced as such. I was prescribed a medication of which I only took one pill. It mad me ill.Quackery at its finist

you will wait at least an hour to see him for 2-5 min he doesn't listen english is terrible then he will mumble something about your prescriptions and send them often changing the dose without telling you. Just getting rich off people with mental health issues...and the rudest doctors office staff i've ever ran into very unpleasant seems to be on the same page as the doc

Long waits, POOR service. Multiple calls for a refill on scripts. Have had to leave work early more than once to deal with his and his staff's total incompetence. If it were possible to give zero stars I would.

the first time i had to wait 45-60 minutes past the time of my scheduled appointment i was shocked and thought that i had missed my appointment entirely, but overall it's just how long it takes for 4-5 patients to cycle through. his appointments seem to lag behind in the evenings, so beware. my prescribed dosage was a shock to my pcp, who said it was way higher for someone my size than it should be. the medicine left me very tired and sleepy all the time. overall it was difficult to communicate because my parents also speak english as their second language and his english isn't always the clearest. for a native speaker, it should be fine. his questions are very textbook and it feels like after he goes through a checklist of them he will end your appointment. i went to a therapist in his office as well and it was also a bad experience; she dropped me and switched to a new office without even contacting me. would not recommend going to the office.

I went to see Dr. K recently. His staff was extremely friendly, polite and willing to answer all questions. She even kept me up to date regarding his arrival, I was told right away he was running late. Dr. K himself was a great listener, reviewed my diagnosis and treatment options with me. If someone is looking for someone that 'listens more' I suggest they see a psychologist. This man is a doctor and his job is to diagnose and manage treatment. It is not his duty to perform psychotherapy with limited time. I am shocked about his reviews as I had an excellent experience
