Dr. Karim Yanery Suazo-Flores, MD

I called at 10. They said that they were booked. I took my granddaughter to a walk-in clinic. Suazo his office called me back at 2 and said they had an immediate appointment at 2 if I could come right now. I told them I'd already taking my granddaughter to a walk-in clinic. Long story short they would not send the referral to the walk-in clinic because they had an available appointment and I should not have gone there. Very unprofessional behavior. If they had a minus rating I would give it. now I have to pay for the walk-in clinic appointment out of pocket.

Walks into an appointment for cold and cough, accusing me of "feeding your kid McDonalds every day", and asking my child on repeat, "I bet you don't have any friends. I bet you get picked on at school." My son was crying. I was crying and in shock. And she would not stop, like she was enjoying it. This is after a rough year following my child was pulled from athletics for medical reasons, and SHE gave my child a medication for bedwetting that was causing him to retain fluid. How dare you. This review is after giving myself more than a year to calm down. You are a bully and a disgrace to pediatricians.

I love Dr. Suazo. She is the best doctor I ever had for my children. She is very warm and easy to talk to. My kids adore her!
