Get appointments with a physician but only see nurses

We got an appointment a month away, and the day before the appointment we were told Dr. Day was the wrong kind of doctor. Now we have to start all over with a different doctor. Besides, she says to see a pulmonologist, but I think ENT is the Dr. to close a trach hole that didn't close on its own.

Dr. Day is the most personable physician I have ever dealt with. She takes the time to explain, answer questions and even draws you a picture if you need it. Her office staff is courteous and easy to schedule with. I wish I could see Dr. Day for all issues.

I am 54 years old and recently had a tonsillectomy performed by Dr. Day. She personally called me that night to make sure I was ok. I recommend her to anyone who needs an ENT.

The front desk is horrible with trying to make appts. Very unprofessional.
