I spent little time in the waiting room. The staff were helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and listened. They knew the answers to my questions. The doc was all of the above plus she acted as if she had all day. She was thorough and helped me to understand.

Dr. Voss and her staff are easy to talk to and results to problems discussed come quickly. I am very happy with my decision to move to Dr. Voss’ practice.

I had surgery on December 29th, it is February 20th and my incision is still not fully healed. This is due to Dr. Voss not feeling like a drain was "justified", which in her words, she normally always uses. This caused me a hematoma that ruptured as I got to work and a trip to the emergency room. Now I have an emergency room bill I get to pay also. I will never go back to the Urology Center again if at all possible.

Dr Voss was thorough during my first visit. She took the time to listen and review results with me in depth.
