My asthma is finally under control and my husband's sleep apnea is much better. I cannot thank this doctor enough for the great care she has given to me and my family, in a kind and compassionate manner.

Took care of my very sick mother in the intensive care unit. Is caring, smart, compassionate unlike her partner. Humble, honest and takes the time to explain what is going on. I will always recommend Dr. Chaisson as a highly skilled lung and sleep doctor!

Her knowledge is solid however I found her quite arrogant. She makes sure she mentions that she is a great doctor, etc....

I left Dr Chaissen unfortunately a year ago. I left because her nurse literally disregarded things I needed addressed re my asthma meds. She basically told me that the Dr was on vacation, and I wouldn't be able to see her in 3 plus weeks. The problem was, I need my asthma medication then not 3 weeks from then. This wasn't the first negative interaction I had with this woman. When I went to the hospital to pick up my records, I spoke with one of the nurses and she had asked why I was leaving, and if there was a problem she would talk to someone and they would get back to me because others have complained about the same staff.. Well,none ever contacted me. This woman who runs the show for Dr Chaissen is disrespect able and what I was told is that people have had many problems with her in the past. I don't understand this??? The nurse I spoke with told me in confidence that this nurse has been complained about because of her attitude and the way she speaks to patients. The nurse… took my phone number and wrote down my complaints and said someone will get back to you because this has happened many times before and it needs to be taken care of. Sadly enough I lost a wonderful Pulmonologist and now I see a group that I am not happy with. After reading a few other peoples reviews I couldn't believe I wasn't the only one that either left her practice or complanied about this persons behavior. Sad day leaving Dr Chaissen. I think what truly upset me the most is after leaving Dr Chaissens office, nobody contacted me as to why I was leaving..nothing and I feel Im the one who lost in the end. : (

I would absolutely recommend Dr Chaisson to anyone needing a good Dr. Unfortunately I ended up leaving her practice due to problems I was having with her secretary/nurse I over weighed the odds and decided it was the best thing for me to do. I just think that professionalism is key to running an office and when you constantly disrespect people, it becomes a problem as it did for me. But, having said that, I adore Dr Chaisson and ind her to be very personable, patient, respectable and will definitely go out of her way to help her patients.

Dr. Chaisson takes the time to really listen to the patient. She never acts like we are wasting her time. She is one of the few doctors around who really seems to care and takes the time to show it.

Not only extremely bright, but great bedside manners. I would not want anyone else taking care of my family members but Dr. Chaisson
