Dr. Kathleen Rose Knapp, DO

Dr Knapp is one of the most caring and dedicated medical professionals my spouse and I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is a brilliant doctor and truly cares about her patient’s health and whole being. She goes above and beyond to care for and about her patients and she has an excellent staff too. We never feel rushed at her office and we are never waiting long to be seen. Doctors like her are a dying breed, new doctors usually working for big corporations and treat you like cattle. Dr Knapp and her staff genuinely care about her patients, not just the money. She has contacted my husband and I both on weekends and holidays when we have had problems and was always so pleasant and caring. She makes her patients feel important and truly wants what is best for them. The world needs more doctors like Dr Knapp and her caring staff.

We have gone to her for 30 years. We get in quickly when necessary, office staff and assistants helpful. She has been very helpful and spot on when we need her. She will refer you when necessary. Spends time with you. Doesn’t have her hand on the doorknob in a hurry to get to next patient.

I have seen Dr. Knapp for several years. I have not been happy with her or her office since I started there. The Dr. recently quit seeing me because I wouldn't come in as often as she wanted me to. I shouldn't have to go in every three months for prescription refills. I have experience several mistakes within the office staff. My prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy several times. I was given the wrong dose of medication. I was refereed to the wrong Dr. I had an appt and went in and was turned away because they were running behind. I had to go to urgent care. I had Pneumonia! There were long waits to see the Dr. only for her to be in the room with me for a few minutes. Often times I had to see the nurse practitioner who I did not care for and I told the Dr. that. There are many more reasons why I have considered looking for a new Dr. Thanks for quitting me and making me get out there and look for a new Dr. I do NOT recommend anyone seeing this Dr.

She has been my doctor for 20+ years and has never been anything short of amazing. Her bedside manner is phenomenal, she remembers everything about my medical history, is always thorough, cares deeply about the well-being of her patients, has exceptional ethics, and her staff reflects her dedication. I honestly do not know what I am going to do when she retires.
