I swear I love Dr Osten BUT their phone answering is the PITS!!!! Dont blame on the dam pandemic either cause it was like this way before:( You are put on hold FOREVER and a day and it is just awful to do this to people:( Something should be done in a very quick manner about this or maybe time to change practices and I have been going here for over 20 years:(

Dont expect to talk to anyone in the office for a very long time - they answer the phone and immediately put you on hold - bring your knitting - want to look for another doctor, even though I like Dr Osten very much

She isn’t worth your time for a doctor, she doesn’t listen to your pains and miss diagnosis you doesn’t want to order the lab work you request and fights you on it. I hope for your sake if your not seeking pills you go to a different doctor

She does not take you seriously! Rushes you through your appointment. Just has a crude manner. Not good with kids!

Dr Osten is very nice and through when she talks with you and listens to you. She also does not talk above your knowledge.

She doesn't look at you or show compassion. She hides behind a computer. I had to repeat myself about 3 times. Got no advice from her or any help.

Dr Osten is knowledgeable however can sometimes evaluate you as a person according to your ailments (e.g. depression, pain). The important thing though is that she will spend time with you and try to get to the root of the medical condition. Sometimes listening to the patient can help in this though.

Dr. Osten has been my primary care physician for the past 8 years. In my opinion, she is a superb practitioner. Her knowledge of medicine is extremely thorough; her manner is always polite and reassuring; her communication skills are excellent both for explaining as well as for listening; she is never in a hurry with the patient. I have complete confidence in her abilities and would recommend her to everyone looking for a primary care physician.

isn't real people friendly.... not very understanding......tough bulldog.....average as a doctor goes.....think she tries to be more understanding and often gives in abit at the end. i'm getting used to her....not the best not the worst....ok
