Unprofessional, cancelled an appointment 2 days prior for a serious medical procedure and tried to push it months out despite it being way outside of the recommended window. This seriously impacted my treatment, wasted time and money. Experience at clinic wasn’t great either, refused to provide pain management and I sobbed through the whole treatment, which they were very dismissive of.

Kathy Fields is a terrific doctor. Unfortunately she does not accept insurance so visits are costly, however, she is the only dermatologist I'd ever let touch my face. When she wasn't available for my appointment, however, and I traveled over an hour to her office, I believe I should have been called instead of having to see someone who wasn't a doctor - especially for the cost of the treatment and visit. But overall, I would always recommend her as she is fabulous!
