Dr. Keith Derwin Carter, MD

Dr. Keith Carter specializes in ophthalmology with extensive expertise developed over more than four decades in practice. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. His clinical focus encompasses specialized eye care with particular attention to movement disorders affecting the eye area. Dr. Carter provides care to patients in English.
