Dr. Kenneth Gerard Molinero Jr, DO

I never write reviews but when it comes to someone’s life, especially seeing patients who later on have to get procedures like this, it needs to be said. I’ll try to keep this as short as possible. I am very upset at the way Dr Kenneth Gerard Molinero has treated my mom. She fell and fractured her arm and was rushed to the ER and was delayed in her visits due to whoever was in charge of scheduling. Dr Molinero was very rude and blamed my mom for the delay on her healing when AHN was very slow with getting her in for treatment. Also, did not explain the procedure at all and wanted to do the wrist and WAIT for the elbow and didn’t explain why, which as a professional you want to explain to patients why the procedure is being done. As someone who also works in healthcare who see patients that are dealing with medical issues like this, I will make sure they do not see this Dr. and are taken well care of by an orthopedic surgeon that is knowledgeable and actually care about their patients.… Wow I am not surprised at his actions after reading these reviews.

Not a nice man not even close been to him twice NEVER again. Rude wont listen. Keeps interrupting.

I have had a number of appts with Dr. Kenneth Molinero. From the beginning, the doctor had an err of condescension that could be mistaken for confidence. Every question or explanation asked to elaborate on, he took offence to. He had a constant attitude that he wants you to shut up and just do whatever he says so he can leave. At one point, after casting and persistent right ankle pain, I asked for an MRI, receiving a snarky “well I guess if you want to”. His continuous smarmy, dismissive and vile attitude culminated to a head today. I has a simple appt to review MRI results. He brushes in the room declaring my MRI had nothing of concern. I questioned him, saying that the report I received noted a tear in a ligament or something. His response was “Well, I was going to show you the MRI, but if you already know everything, I don’t need to?” Taken aback I crossed my arms and said “Okay, then go over the MRI” Then, instead of doing his job and going over the imaging, he began badgering me… with “What’s the matter?” Please just go over the MRI “Why are your arms crossed?” I don’t think you’re being very kind. Please just go over the MRI “You seem upset” Please just go over the MRI “I think maybe I should step out, you seem to need a minute”. Please just go over the MRI . He promptly pranced out of the office, snickering, and I put on my shoes and left. I’ve never felt so belittled or degraded in my life. I hope no one has the misfortune of meeting this vile doctor and has to suffer his lack of humanity, character, or common curtesy.

Dr treated me like I was imposing on him by being there and didn't want to answer any questions and was frankly rude. He made me feel like I was putting him behind schedule, even though I waited over 30 minutes to see him, so he was already behind. The last 10 minutes he stood at the door trying to get me to leave. I wasn't there for a minor procedure, so maybe he didn't want to handle my case. There is no better way to get a patient to find a new doctor than to act like a jerk to them...so I would recommend you run, don't walk, until you find a surgeon who actually cares about his patients as this man does not.

Bedside manners did not exist until I was leaving.

I had a bad fall and broke my radius and ulna. I suffer with PTSD, so I’m the absolute worse patient!! I was calling the office several times a week in tears, Dr. Molinero always fit me his schedule and reassured me that I was healing fine. My surgery was a success and I’m thankful to have such a skilled and caring doctor.

Very knowledgeable , friendly , easy to talk to and understand. Willing to listen, takes time with his patients.

Surgery to repair my broken knecap was successful.

I've had him since i have been coming here. I believe he is a wonderful Dr. No complaints at all. Excellent !
