Dr. Kerisimasi Lee Reynolds, DO

I've been an Executive Health Patient at Mayo Clinic for a long time. Always appreciated their listening skills and time and attention given. With Dr. Reynolds practice so far, the care has been next level, and well beyond Mayo Clinic in a few important ways : 1) with Masi, I walked away from a complicated shoulder situation and surgery, with an epic understanding , of what each surgical procedure was and why and how each thing was done. Then I got a print out of that , and photos . 2) the other thing was , Masi understood immediately, that I had narrow, but important priorities including , being as conservative as possible, and getting a proper fix, a good road map and path forward , and above all else , getting back to the ocean. And I am also Chairman of an Ai company which serves medical clinics , and automates work flows (prior auths , telephony, front office , back office , claims , etc ) and I definitely see what a mess medical can be . I will recommend Masi to every… athlete I know.

Seeing Dr. Reynolds and the supporting staff is without a doubt the absolute best choice you can make. Staff is caring and go the extra mile to ensure all of your scheduling/insurance/etc. needs are met. Dr. Reynolds is a game changer surgeon who spends quality time with you to talk through your diagnosis/options and truly cares about you as a patient. My two knee surgeries with him (different knees) have been beyond successful and allow me to continue to live my very active lifestyle. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have him in the Bay Area (though I would travel farther, if needed, to see him)!

My visit was excellent! I felt like I walked in to a high end resort and was treated. Very nice. The staff was very attentive and professional.

I can’t help but do say enough about Dr. Reynolds. He explained everything on my diagnosis, treatment and recovery very well. He is at the top of his field when it comes to advanced treatments. His office is very comforting and his staff was great!

If you’re unfortunate and have to meet with an orthopedic surgeon in ultimately have surgery, Masi is the best of the best.
