The Doctor Fantastic ! The staff not so much rude and short If you get medicene make sure the insurance pays for it. They don’t appeals which is key of stupid, how can a patient do this ????? Time to find a new doctor I guess

I am a patient of Doctor Baggett. He is excellent. One of the best for patient care. Definitely five stars.

Made a appointment 5 weeks ago I show up and the lady tells me they tried to call on the day of my appointment and cancel it but she says she couldn't get me on the phone but that was a lie I never got the call it wasn't in my phone log don't use this office.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Baggett’s since the near beginning of his career and I’ve loved him from the start. I’m one of those patents who has several chronic health issues, not to mention the many specialists he has had to refer me to since 2001. His office staff is also incredible and they treat me like part of the family. They handle all my referrals and if I call the office with a request or concern, they are expedient with their response. Dr Baggett has always made me feel very comfortable with his diagnoses and he actually cares about my well being. I thank God for his blessing with providing me with such a wonderful doctor and his staff. Thank you all for taking such good care of me through the years.

I find Dr. Baggett to be a fantastic doctor. He seems to be very knowledgeable and will answer your questions in detail. I find him very personable and professional and I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for a primary care physician in the Warner Robins area.

Got fired for being less than 10 minutes late to appt. Has no problem scheduling appt's. so you wait almost an hour to see him after appt time though.

Transferred the entire family to Dr. Baggett a few years ago and couldn't be happier. He is prompt with appointment times and spends time with me and my family to get accurate diagnoses.

I read all the negative comments about Dr. Baggett and his staff and i was left wondering who these folks are talking about. I've been a patient of Dr. Baggett for about 8 years and I have NEVER experienced anything like these people describe. Dr. Baggett has been friendly, helpful and courteous to me. I have had only one experience when i had to wait more than 10 minutes total to see him. His staff has been courteous and helpful. Of course, I try to be aware of how busy they are...
