Dr. Kevin Alexander Hallman, MD

Dr Hallman is extremely patient, knowledgeable and the only doctor I would trust with delivering my children along with my OB care. He’s an excellent provider and wonderful man. I recommend him to everyone I know.

As a mother of 6 kids, I am no stranger to OB/GYN visits and never had an issue before. I thought this was a provider I could trust. Unfortunately, I don't feel this to be true after my appointment. The receptionist left after my arrival. In an completely empty office suite, Dr. Hallman did an invasive examination which made me very feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I immediately regretted not bringing a family member to accompany me. Many a previous provider had ordered ultrasound imaging to monitor my condition in the past. Hallman instead chose to do an invasive manual examination. Not only did I leave his office feeling violated, but he did nothing to address the reason for my visit.

I was seeing a midwife and my birth plan was ready to go until I developed preeclamsia. I was advised by the midwife to see Dr. Hallman. He was great. He listened to me and did everything he could to carry out my revised birth plan. I had a water birth with my son and he is healthy little guy! Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hallman and his staff.

I do not know where to start! I have seen Dr. Hallman for years. He delivered my three children and has delivered two of my grandchildren. My mom and my aunt have seen him for surgery. All of us have received EXCELLENT care. He is not only a brilliant surgeon but he is kind and compassionate.

Dr. Hallman is a great doctor and a good man. I have been his patient since he started practicing medicine in the Twin Cities back in 1989. Every woman that I have referred to Dr. Hallman has been happy with their care. He is respectful of my requests as they relate to my health care and my religion.

I had my birth plan all arranged and had a midwife chosen - I was even thinking of delivering my baby at home until I had major complications in my pregnancy. Without getting too wordy, I needed a doctor who could provide high risk care. Dr. Hallman took great care of me, managed everything, kept me and my baby boy healthy, AND agreed to help me with a water birth. It was amazing. I will be returning to him when we are ready for baby number 2!

Normally I would never see a male OB physician but due to a referral from my family doctor I saw Dr. Hallman. He was kind, gentle, understanding AND answered all my questions. He was running late but took all the time I needed to discuss the surgery I needed. He even gave me his cellphone number so my husband could call! You never hear of that these days! My surgery went great too!

I think Dr. Hallman is the best. He is smart, respectful, and caring. I would recommend him to any woman, young or old!

A Marcus Welby type doc - my husband likes him as much as I do!
