Dr. Kimberly Katherine Dobler, MD

my wife has many medical issues dr dobler has put through the paces with her and she has learned a lot dealing with issues and is still learning i feel at ease with her you have to get to know your doctor just like she needs to get to know you work with her

I went to see Dr Dobler for a primary care visit. I was in great discomfort and knew from my past medical history that I had Diverticulitis again. I told Dr. Dobler my suspicions and her only response was that she she would not give me pain medication. I hadn't asked for pain medication and had not said anything that would indicate I was looking for any. I'd never been to a Cleveland Clinic physician before so there were no past medical records for her to review to come to the conclusion that I only came seeking narcotics. She brushed off my symptoms, told me I was fine and sent me home. Six hours later I was in such intense pain that that my husband took me to a University Hospital ER. Unlike Dr. Dobler , their staff took my medical concerns seriously and I was admitted with t he diagnosis of severe Diverticulitis. I was an inpatient at UH for five days during which I was treated for the condition and henceforth my pain went away. I shudder to think what could have happened to my… health if I had blindly trusted Dr Dobler Perhaps she'd do better actually listening to her patients instead of treating them like drug seeking addicts as soon as they open their mouths to tell her their current symptoms. This experience was many was some years ago, but I'm sure that she is still the same uncaring paranoid waste of time today.

Dr. Dobler may well be a great doctor, however, since I will not see her again I will never know. She did not seem to care about anything except what was on her sheet of paper, did not shake hands (1st time visit), express a genuine concern or empathy or even express interest asking questions. If you desire someone with any bedside manner whatsoever, you should look further.

She understands my issues and she has been a wonderful, caring, intelligent physician!

Great doctor!

Dr. Dobler has been my primary care provider for several years. On the plus side, she is very professional, asks about my medical concerns, and appears to provide adequate advice and treatment. But if you are looking for empathy and genuine concern, you might want to look further.

I visited this doctor a few times. I went in to have my migraines properly diagonosed and to find a treatment to regulate them, and she told me I was just experiencing headaches and that I just need to "deal with them". I dealt with my migraines for another 9 months, until I had enough and visited an doctor with that speciality. She was able to help me. Dr. Dobler did nothing and belittled how I felt. This was just one of many times I felt bad and nervous to visit her. I do not recommend her if in a doctor you want someone to be compassionate and understanding.

Fast and efficient, tells it like it is, good at what she does, great follow up

Was very rude, did not listen to what I had to say and made me feel as of I was overreacting to my symptoms. I left the appointment so frustrated that I began to cry. STAY AWAY
