Dr. Kimberly Ann Kerr, MD

I had an umbilical hernia in 2017. Dr. Kerr was very informed when explaining the procedure to repair it. She did a great job for my surgery. I just recommended her to a family member. I would go back to her with any concerns in the future, for sure.

Dr. Kerr repaired a hernia for me. She was professional in explaining the procedure and the problem with the injury. She repaired it and I will say it was almost painless. Definitely would recommend Dr. Kerr to anyone.

I recently had colon surgery for cancer . The surgery was performed by Dr. Kimberly Kerr at Hendricks Regional Health. Dr. Kerr was able to surgically remove all of the cancer with no chemo or radiation follow up. I cannot imagine having a better surgeon or better outcomes. The communication from Dr. Kerr was excellent and all went as planned. I would give her a 10 on a 5 star rating system.

Dr Kerr took my Gall Bladder out last year. I was scared and she talked me thru the process. Never had surgery before that's why I was scared. She did a outstanding job. And I recommended her to anyone who needs a Gall Bladder taken out. Love Dr Kerr

FIRst off. I think the other reviews that are negative are petty. Dr Kerr performed an abcess surgery on me in Jan 2018. I never once had a problem with her or her office. Very professional and kind. I travel all the way from southeast side to come to Hendricks Regional Hospital and affiliates. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I got diagnosed with Crohn's disease and was told I have to get my gallbladder removed. I was referred to see Dr. Kerr. @ HCH. After being as confusing as one can get on trying to explain everything to me, as we are leaving the room to go to the counter, she says, "I'm glad I don't have Crohn's disease!" I was shocked! She's very unprofessional! I called the next day to let them know it upset me. Because I was upset and called to vent my frustrations, she denied me services for my surgery from anyone in her network! Just for being upset with me, for being upset with what she said to me!? Figure that one out!? I had just learned a lot of life changing info, plus I had just started a steroid treatment, which made me very irritable and edgy. Now, I can't even go to Hendricks Regional Hospital to have my surgery because her whinny-butt banned me from her department!? Denied my health services because of her poor bedside manners! WOW! Going to I.U. West now. I better keep my "free speech"… to myself, if I want to get fixed!

EXCELLENT Person and Surgeon. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Kerr is a fine surgeon, however she removed my husbands Gallbladder and advised him that he could experience some shoulder stiffness and soreness because of the way they position you during surgery. But my husband likes to lay in bed with his arm behind his head and since the surgery he can no longer do that and has lots of pain in his shoulder. Still to this day she never addressed this problem. When his pain was gone and incisions healed she released him.
