Dr. Kimberly Moran Turner, MD

Dr. Turner is highly knowledgable and an exceptional doctor. But what makes her outstanding is her communication skills. She actually listens to her patients and responds to them personally. Many other doctors in her practice only superficially listen and then respond with their own egocentric views. She truly does understand what you tell her and thinks critically about what you say. If she disagrees she isn't afraid to say so and if you disagree she isn't dismissive of you-- in a few words, she just gets it.

So impressed with Dr Turner. She's someone I have recommend to my family members and girlfriends. Her time is your time when you're with her. I am pleased in every whelm of being her patient.

Great bedside manner!

I've been with Dr. Turner since the 90's she provides care for my daughters as well. I pray she's still in practice when my granddaughters need an OBGYN. Dr. Turner you are AWESOME! Thank you.

She cancels appointments frequently without notice. She is hard to get in contact with. Always late for appointments and when she's there shes short and doesn't answer questions. If personalized care and attention is what you want, Dr. Turner is not a good choice- keep searching! I have 5 years experience with this Dr through 3 pregnancies. JHCP has grown her practice, increased her rates, and made a cocky business woman out of her. Never again will I contribute to her earnings.

Dr. Turner has been my OB-GYN for about 12 years. I've been a patient of her's from Mercy Medical Center to Howard County General. I trust in her and believes she has the experience and knowledge to deal with many situations. She has an excellent bedside manner and is a joy to have as a doctor. :)
