Rude rude rude mean mean mean!!! This man is horrible. He should not even be a doctor. Do not go to this man. Find another doctor please !!!

I have been going to Dr. Patel for almost 9 years, they have always been so kind and patient with me, I have major anxiety so when they do my blood work, I call every day to find out if it's in ( yes I in know crazy) but they are always so sweet, Dr. Patel has always listened to my concerns and addressed them. I will not change my primary care!

Dr Patel is stern in a caring way. I needed a doctor like him.

I was very disappointed that Dr. Patel did not take the time to listen to my concerns. I am a retired nurse and I feel his attitude toward me was unprofessional and to be frank rude. He dismissed my concerns as not important and seemed to rush me through the appointment.

I can not believe Mr. Patel is even a Dr. or is Licensed! I wouldn’t even call him a “Doctor!” He is EXTREMELY rude, arrogant, impatient, immature, disrespectful, uncaring, unsympathetic, and simply just does NOT care about his patients. He does not listen to his patients, their feelings or concerns AT ALL. He COMPLETELY cuts you off when you start to speak... can’t even finish a sentence, about ANYTHING. HORRIBLE experience every time I go. I do NOT trust him with my life at all! I have several health issues and I am on several medications. He does not monitor them like they should be! He’s in a complete rush and won’t even look at you while you’re speaking either! Not ONCE have I ever seen him smile either. I have seen MANY Doctors in my lifetime, and I have never experienced anything like I have with him.... he should be ashamed of himself! Complete DISGUST.

DO NOT USE THIS DR. He does not care about his patients unless they make him money. He bases patient's care on if he can make money. He does not take time to listen or treat any areas that he supposedly has listed that he treats. He only checks meds, listen to heart & lungs & that's it! He is rude to his patients and his staff. I have seen this multiple times. He is rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate and inpatient with his patients unless his favs. He does not have your best interest in mind

Rude rude rude. From the moment I stepped into the door till I actually saw the Dr. The tall blond medical assistant I believe was drunk or on something because she walked into walls and could not speak clearly. I was amazed and horrified that she was allowed to draw blood. The Dr. Spent five minutes with me and left. Five minutes. I'm never returning

This physician had an attitude from the moment he came into the exam room for our first visit. He has no personality and no bedside manner. He does not want you to have specialists, as he wants to be the only doctor you see. Kenny has been going to the same cardiologist and the same neurologists for several years and trusts them with the problems he has with dementia and parkinsonian symptoms. He made it clear from the beginning that he wanted Kenny to see him rather than the specialists. We argued that fact, telling him that Kenny has specific issues that these doctors were attending. He has two neurologists, one specializes in migraine headaches and the other the dementia. Dr. Patel made it clear that he wanted Kenny to see only one of the neurologists, that he had to pick one and that would be the only neurologist he could see. Kenny said he couldn't pick just one. The doctor asked if he had seen a psychiatrist, implying that his problems were "in his head". Dr. Patel is rude and… obnoxious. At Kenny's appointment yesterday (March 13) he asked this question again and when Kenny said he couldn't pick one, Dr. Patel, in a rude and mad manner, said he needed to get another primary care doctor. With that being said, Kenny got up and proceeded to walk to the door. He told Dr. Patel that he was the patient and didn't deserve to be talked to in that manner. Dr. Patel then opened the door and told Kenny and myself to "get out"! We left the building and went to the Humana office on McMullen Booth Road. The gentleman there took down the complaint and immediately sent it to the corporate office. He was upset that a doctor would treat a patient that way. Dr. Patel, from the beginning, has told us that if Kenny had a problem, i.e.,blacking out, not breathing, etc., that we should notify him first before calling 911. If your loved one blacked out in the street or couldn't breathe, would you call the doctor first??? When talking to the insurance office we were told absolutely call 911 first. This doctor needs an attitude adjustment!! Dr. Patel, by far, is the worst doctor we have ever encountered. We would not recommend him to anyone.
