Very very good doctor

One of the major attributes I find I treasure is the directness of the conversations she has with me. Doesn't mean she agrees with me but tells it like it is but in a way I pretty much understand. I do value this. Our association has been a few years and my respect for keeps growing.

Dr McGruder is wonderful. She always listens to me carefully and proposes the best course of treatment. I am always included in decision making.

Dr. McGruder is great! So good at including me in my health decisions while making me comfortable with asking questions and giving me options. She also makes it clear from her medical knowledge and experience what is the best treatment plan.

The doctor insisted I go on Monjaro a year ago I refused. I was scared of a change and I could not afford it. She insisted three times at my last visit that I go on it so I decided to go on it. I found out it was now covered by my insurance. She wrote me a ADA letter to go to my job where I stand all the time and of my continuing back surgery and back pain. She was very honest with me and warned me that many of her patients were fired after turning in a ADA accommodation letter to their employers. I appreciate her honesty. I believe she's doing everything she can to help her patient's live their best lives. She is very direct and honest. I appreciate her passion in helping me.
