Dr. Kristine Ann Romine

I have never been rushed through an appt so quickly, or been so thoroughly disregarded, as I was in this office. Dr. DeLuca is arrogant and dismissive, and the PA couldn't rush me through fast enough. There are excellent dermatology offices in the Camelback corridor, this is NOT one of them.

I personally had a terrible experience where a spot was removed from my leg that turned out to be fine. Her PA put my leg on his to cut the spot out which I thought was strange. I developed an infection at the site days later and the front office said they couldn’t see me for a month. I had to throw a fit on the phone as I’ve never had a skin infection and they can be very dangerous. They finally agreed to get me in the next day. They made me buy a $100 bandage to suck the infection out. This was a few years ago and I personally spoke to the doctor as a courtesy to explain my terrible experience. She never apologized, she stood up for her rude front office staff and I was so disappointed. Since that appointment, I have met 4 expatients who all were talked into BBL photo facial and they ALL had terrible scarring and again spoke to Dr. Romine and all of them felt she was rude, very uncaring and arrogant. She offered to charge them more money to fix the damage her aesthetician caused.… None of them would ever return to this practice.

I received 4 Emsculpt treatments and saw zero results. I do not recommend this treatment.

Dr. Romine is the REAL DEAL. If you have aging issues- who doesn’t?- your skin and your facial features will get the attention and skills of a MASTER. I absolutely love this office and Dr. Romine. I feel like I look at least 8-10 years younger. Tara is wonderful for skin resurfacing, too. Don’t be one of those weird looking gals with fish lips and crazy cheeks. Dr. Romine will not disappointment!

She is the best!

I am incredibly impressed with Dr. Romine. Not only did she spend time explaining my diagnoses, but she didn't press her suggestions or treatments on me. I would recommend Dr. Romine in a heartbeat.

Dr Romine will see you on your initial visit but you will only see young interns after that. One of these interns said I was fine but I went to another Dermatologist and they found basil cell cancer.

This office is very incompetent. I asked for an annual check up but the PA Molly who is very rude, said she was not told I wanted that and spent THREE MINUTES total with me, and left without ever asking me if I had any questions. She was concerned with staying on schedule (she was already late) rather than treating me. They rush everyone through to make money--more patients in as little time as possible. In addition, the garbage can was overflowing with garbage--patients paper dressing gowns, etc. making the exam room unhygienic. Dr. Romine popped in to say hello and then she and her staff suggested I buy some expensive pharmaceuticals they sell! That's all the attention I got.

I have always had thorough skin exams and receive excellent patient care at all of my appointments. This office has always accommodated me and has taken care of all of my skin problems as well as answer my questions. This office was a great find and worth the wait. Very courteous and professional staff.

If you want to see a rude PA go to Dr Romaine. Even if you have been treated in the past for skin cancers she still refuses to see you. When I insisted on seeing her, I was scolded by her .She rudely told me she didn't have time to see me. I had waited months to see her and that was her response. My daughter went to see a Pa for acne and asked if the PA could check her moles as well.... guess what she refused and asked her to make another appointment. If I needed botox, I hazard to say I would be in to see the Dr asap!!!
