Dr. Krithika Sampathkumar Mullengada, MD

I was a patient for many, many years. Dr. Mullengada is wonderful and so is Denise, the advanced practice nurse. Recent visits have been awful because of 2 incompetent office staff members. Extremely rude on the phone. Excuses exemplifying why I was not important...Cannot assist because it was a Monday and they are too busy. The next day, another excuse, 'I was in the office by myself, there was no time to get it done'. Well, guess what, maybe what I was experiencing wasn't important or urgent to you, but it was for me, the patient. Coding error with my insurance company was the final straw for me. I told them I was leaving the practice and guess what? I get a certified letter that the are severing ties with me!!! You know what, there are always three sides to a story, and the fact that Dr. Mullengada did not speak with me to hear what I had to say about how I was treated; about what transpired over several days with her staff, and their excuses, is concerning and… unprofessional considering how many years I was a patient at her practice.

I absolutely ??% love this Doctor. She's the best.

Did not do anything medical to improve the health problem, offered physical therapy for arthritis. First receptionist was sweet, next visit, that one was somewhat rude. The wait, over an hour every visit.

Dr. Mullengada is very caring and considerate she tries very hard to accommodate everyone's needs I've been her patient for a couple of years now and I must say I'm very blessed to have her for my primary doctor.

Dr. Mullengada has to be one of the best physicians out there. She is kind, compassionate, listens, gives good advice and is a pleasure. She always remembers my history and even that of my family. We all love her. Her staff is exceptional, accurate, considerate, and very pleasant. I do not mind a little wait for the best care I know I will receive. I would and do highly recommend Dr. Mullengada to all my friends and of course my family!

I am a healthcare provider myself and cannot understand the negative reviews. Maybe people are more inclined to review a doctor they had a bad experience with than a positive one. I know for a fact that other doctors refer to her and have been very happy myself with her level of expertise and helpfulness. The front desk staff have ALWAYS been helpful. My only complaint is something minor---she doesn't like to use the fax for referrals or medical records. Sometimes it just would make life so much easier; but she does send presriptions to your pharmacy electronically so there is no/less waiting and back and forth. I would recommend her as an internist in a heart beat! A lot of doctors are busy busy busy these days so they cannot address ALL the needs of a patient with complex needs in one visit...that's the nature of health carethese days due to insurance reimbursement rates--not the fault of the doctor. I have complicated and disabling conditions and am very satisfied (and gettign… better).

WORST DOCTOR!!! Donâ??t be fooled by the reviews. I went to Dr. Mullengada based on the reviews. The first time I waited for 45 min to see her when I was the only patient waiting. We talked for a few minutes and she told me to immediately get x-rays. I asked her some additional questions and she told me that if I had any other issues I would have to come back and make another appointment. I felt like she spent very little time with me and dismissed me very quick. Not being to quick to judge I decided to give her another chance. The second time I went to her I waited over an hour for her and she was down right rude to me. Again it was a separate issue and after barely looking at me she told me to immediately go to hospital and get an x-rays. When I asked her about additional pain I was having she is â??very backed up and doesnâ??t have time to for that and I must make another appointment. â?? She said it in such a snappy manor and to be honest it was not my problem she was… backed up. Usually at any other doctor I have seen you could tell them if you had more than one issue well not this doctor. After going to the hospital I waited 2 hours for her to send the script that was after calling her several times and after speaking to the rude receptionist telling me she was leaving so I had to make it quick. Now I am stuck with $100 ER bill that was very unnecessary in the first place. Please think twice before going to this doctor.

Most caring Doctor spends time with you listens the best.
