My first visit with Dr. Heil after being a longtime patient of recently retired Dr. Potter. Dr. Heil was very professional and through and spent time to get to know me.

I have been seeing Dr. Kurt Heil for decades, even at his prior McKnight Road location. He is easy to talk with and listens if you have queries. Appointments are no problem to schedule, you’re alerted when one is imminent, and waiting room time is seldom lengthy. While he *is* busy, he is never so rushed that he won’t hear and answer you. But expect that he will often have a doc-in-training at his elbow. If you don’t want that, just say so.

Doctor was 45 min late. Was in a hurry, not very attentive.

I have a planters wort on my foot and he froze it. He is always friendly.

I needed to be seen right a way, and Dr. Heil made it happen the next day. He spent a lengthy amount of quality time with me! I really feel like I have partners in health with this practice!
