-Extremely Unprofessional Conduct & Poor Business Practices- I’m writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the experience I had at your office. From the moment I arrived, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly unacceptable. Refusing to allow a patient to speak with the doctor without first demanding payment—especially in a condescending manner and in front of other patients—was inappropriate and embarrassing. The way this situation was handled felt less like a medical practice and more like a poorly run business lacking in empathy or professionalism. Heather, your attitude toward patients reflects poorly on the entire office. Eye-rolling and passive-aggressive behavior are not acceptable forms of communication in a healthcare setting. If your goal was to alienate and insult someone seeking care, congratulations—you succeeded. Theresa, working in healthcare should come with a basic level of compassion and responsibility. Instead,… the office was disorganized, communication was lacking, and your behavior was immature and unprofessional. As for Dr. Padala, I was extremely disappointed in how a complaint was handled. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a constructive resolution, you resorted to defensiveness and veiled threats. That’s not how a competent medical professional should conduct themselves. This experience has left me with serious concerns—not only about your staff’s competence and behavior but also about your ability to ethically and professionally manage a medical practice. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate boards and sharing my experience in public forums so others are informed. No patient should be treated this way.

Whenever we need him he has been there for us. Is there anything better than that?

This doctor needs a psych write up. No doctor should yell at patients, especially in the waiting room! I would steer clear of this MD!

Been with him for several years, always prompt carving and knowledgeable. Mother was seeing him Even longer she is 93 and still active. He gets involved with you and your treatment.

I didn't feel he was a help at all while I was fighting cancer, he acted lost at what he should do. I've found a new experienced doctor who knows her stuff and gives me the respect and care I deserve. Very happy now!

Dr. Padala is a good GP for families with small children with minor problems. He is incapable of making major health decisions by himself and will send you elsewhere.

I have multiple issues going on that are complicated to deal with. The treatments for each is contradicted to each other. He very patient and clear in explaining what is going on and how to deal with it. He is very sympathetic to my difficulties in implementing the plans he has as well as other Drs. He does not push drugs. He is proactive towards preventative medicine. He does not turn his nose up at alternative medicine in combination with western medicine. I find it a relief to work with him. It was very stressful to have to change Dr s. He has made that transition comforting.

This is a Dr. Who listens. Doesn't weigh you down with unnecessary tests....caring. The man has feelings....not to mention the girls of the office. Ms. Tiffany the greatest. I have to be around people with personalities with a sense of life....this is the best place to be if your Ill or well he'll keep you that way

Outstanding physician who is kind, compassionate, listens carefully to his patients and explains all problems in a simple and straight forward manner. The entire office staff is superb, extremely caring and very efficient. Citrus County, FL is fortunate to have a physician of his caliber.
