Dr. Laura Jean Johnson, MD

Dr. Johnson is great! However, it is so hard to get an appointment with her even if you are a regular patient. Since she's moved to her new location with IU North, if I'm sick or having issues I can never get an appointment with her. When I'm sick I don't want to see a NP, yet that's the best that they can do for me. Love Dr. Johnson, not so happy with everything else. I'm looking for another physician.

She is a really good Doctor, She listens to you. I had a difficult to diagnos problem, and she sent me to the right specialists quickly. If I could rate her higher than 5 stars, I would.

I've been seeing Dr. Johnson for 10 years, and I will never choose to see another family doctor. She's so easy to talk to and I am always confident in her decisions. She's willing to try a number of different treatment routes and will always take the patient's opinion into consideration. I love her!

Very friendly, caring and seems to really want to help her patients.

When I need to get in to see a doctor, there is usually some way to do that, even if one of the other physicians or nurse practitioner are the one I have to see. Dr. Laura is very kind, she listens to the needs of her patients, and takes care of the person as a whole person instead of just another illness coming in. Good doctors are usually busy... so I am not put off by having to make appointments ahead of time. That is LIFE! I trust her judgement and I love that she really does listen to what the real problem is...My mom and I are both her patients, and I am highly pleased with the outcomes we have had.

I went to Laura in November. After sending to a hospital that was not covered under my insurance I was left with a huge bill and no answers. Thanks.

Called the office to make appt. left on hold for a hair under 5 mins. when I decided to hang up thinking they must be really busy..yet should have asked if they could call me back...training is everthing when dealing with the public. Called back again, phone rang and rang recording finally came on asking if I wanted to refill a scrip....AHHHHH now when I call a third time the office is closed. I think I'll keep looking for a doctor...this is one is to hard to make an appointment with.

IS GETTING BUSIER AND APPTS ARE GETTING FURTHER OUT. CAN'T HARDLY GET SAME DAY APPT. LET ALONE SAME WEEK. SHE IS GETTING TO THE POINT OF BEING TOO BUSY FOR HER PATIENTS!!
