Referred to by Primary Care Dr. For Diabetes Management. Her office called and set appointment for Monday morning. Got there and was told Dr. Rainer does treat Diabetics? Huh? What is she a glorified lab tech how you gonna be a endocrinologist and not treat Diabetic patients? Cluster. Rude nurse had no interest in helping refer someone else. Just rude rude rude. Stay away from this clown show.

She's useless, after a year of blood tests she told me she didn't know what to do but scheduled another appointment. What does that say

I really like Dr Rainer. She seems to really listen to what you have to say in regards to overall health. She ask questions in regards to how you are feeling and responds to them in layman terms. She can be strict in her orders if you haven’t done your part to follow instructions. I have much More incite on being responsible for my own health. She is very kind and understanding to me. Patient as well.

Dr Reiner seems to be a good doctor, but her receptionist is a real bitter, rude, self righteous, ignorant, moron. I will be looking for a new doctor just so I don’t have to deal with that kind of idiot.
