Dr. Lawrence Adjetey Adjei, MD

Dr. Adjai is wonderful. He took care of me stepfather wh passed away with cancer. He is wonderful with my mother who is 82 years old. His office is severely lacking. You cannot get through to anyone. I leave multiple messages concerning her refills and get no response. The pharmacy is blamed. I call prior to her running out of meds within a week prior and then she runs out and still can't get anyone to respond. I've had to make the trip to his office 40 minutes away to complain. after being assured that they will be filled and being told to call and ask for a specific person, which you can't get through to. It's a shame when you have to look for a new doctor for an 82 year old parent that's been seeing the doctor for well over 10 years. Especially when she thinks so highly of the doctor.

I have wrote a review before , it said good things. Now that I have been going here for over a year, I must rescind my review a place a more accurate one. Dr. Adjei is a kind doctor, it is very sad that the girl named Jen is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I can never get a call back or an appointment I have had to drive from Bloomingdale to Rincon to get an appointment. I have a thyroid disorder and I paid the doctors office for the blood work. I then recieved a bill after going out of the country for a while. My daughter paid lab corp 182 for the blood work. I have never been able to get a refund for double paying. When I talked to Jen about it , I was told, " That is your problem not mine." I told Dr. Adjei about her saying this to me, I go back and she is undoubtedly mad. I was told by her that "I am NOT going to bother him for you." I thought he was a good doctor , but I have high tsh and low t4 (in layman terms it means my med isn't working, I didn't get any response or… different dose. I feel as though the care has left this whole business. I am deeply disappointed that one individual can take your life in her hands and laugh at you in your face. I have had numerous other people say that she is a very rude person.

Office staff rude - doctors excellent . Waiting room always hot . When you feel sick and walk in that steam room it makes you feel worse. And breeds germs

Worst office staff I have ever encountered!!! I have been Dr Adjei's patient for 3 years and where I find him knowledgeable and friendly...I simply don't deserve the encounter with his staff any longer. Each and every one if them are Rude, disrespectful and couldn't care less about you. You have to search far and low to get these women; they are horrible.

It's rare these days to find a doctor who actually listens!

dr. adji seens like a decent dr.only seen once staff will not return call call in wrong meds calleld for 5 days no one would return my calls to p/ u meds rude unprofesional must be related to dr. to still work thare and treat patients like animals.

my biggest problem with this dr. office is there ability to not answer phone calls ; the lady in the front window with her bad adittude towards dr. Adjei patients.
