I liked Cohen until one particular general checkup. Dr. Cohen decided to do my first-ever prostate check. Apparently Dr. Cohen thought it would be funny to use no lube and jam his gloved finger finger in hard. Due to pain and bruising I could not sit down or lie on my back for three days. I hated him after that never returned, and refused such checks for years.

I appreciate that hrs very attentive. He's helped me control my thyroid. Diagnosed my copd. Helped me to stop smoking. It might be a little bit of a wait time he's a great knowledgeable doctor. Removed a mole and I'll be having him remove a cyst.

well he has a good work ethic but because of all of this Bull with meds and this CDC and stuff I was in so much pain last time I had surgery I'm scared to have another surgery and living with the pain I'm in It's unbelievable my pulse has reached very high levels and pain is unbelievable sometimes I get inflammation in my Eye's sometimes and it feels like someone putting a corkscrew in my Eye's and turning it and I can't see at all there has to be an easier way to get help I like everyone there and don't really want to go to pain care but I Believe I have to .to get the help I need If You guys see this help I'm no good at asking for help I been going to the doctor for years but when I started seeing him I like started all over again and the meds I'm getting don't help at all on my pain and I'm paying for them crazy Right maybe I should just Give Up I'm Getting old and tired of it all

He cares and helps with EVERYTHING and ive never been there very long at all. He actually helps and that is hard to find nowadays.

hours wasted in waiting room

THE only good thing about this office is the nurse practitioner Nancy.every thing else is terrible.wait times range anywhere from 1and 1/2 to 5hrs.when you need a specialist don't go see him,he wants to keep everything in house and will keep you coming back.I have 2bad knees and asked to send me to a orthopedic which he didn't.instead just kept shooting my knees with cortisone.I also wanted a skin Dr cause I kept getting this rash all over my body.He gave me dozens of creams that didn't work called my insurance company see if i could get one on my own.sent me to one I was there 10 nminutes and she diagnosed it right away and gave me a medication that cleared it up in 2weeks after a year and a half of misery.got fed up and found another Dr and finally getting my knees replaced.The staff are mostly miserable probably cause they are made to stay longer than they are supposed to.wouldn't recommend unless Nancy because the Dr.

I have been seeing Dr. Cohen and Nancy the Nurse Practitioner for over a year now, and really like how he does a lot of test and procedures that any other doctor would have to refer you to someone else to do. Like x-ray, bone density test, all kinds of blood work, stress test, you name it they do it. Which is why I believe there wait time is long. I don't think people realize if they went somewhere else and need another test done the doctor is going to have to refer you somewhere else which is going to take more time and money. And the reason why I think a lot of people are leaving bad reviews is because they cant pull one over on Dr. Cohen. For Example he Drug test you every month if you are getting a controlled substance, and I am very glad he does that because it keeps the people out of there that all they want is drugs. So I believe if he was so money hungry like people say. Why would he be drug testing people. If he was in it for the money he would right you what you want and be… gone. Great Doctor

Appt. time wait is 3 to 4 hours every time. He also has office workers seeing patients like they are ARNP and they are NOT. He wont refer you to specialest . Very unorganized office.
