No compassion for the needs of the patient

The single most frustrating experience I've ever had with a doctor. I was referred to infectious disease TWO MONTHS AGO. Tracking information shows they received my medical records 5 WEEKS AGO. They have never, not once, called me back. We've spoken on the phone 14 times and they never, ever, returned my call. They told me yesterday they wouldn't take me because of who my referring physician was. I asked them to reconsider, and just now they told me Dr. Diaz "just finished reviewing my records twenty minutes ago", meaning the doctor rejected me without even reading my records. And they still rejected me. After stringing me along for TWO MONTHS.

I had a visit with Dr. Diaz today and I have never been more disappointed with the display of complete disregard than what I saw from him. Not only did I see him three weeks ago, but when I had seen him last he told me to come back if my problem persisted. When it had and I returned, he continued to act like his original diagnosis was the correct answer even though he was obviously wrong. Not only, but he was so dismissive I did not feel like I was being taken seriously or being heard in the slightest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this man to take care of anybody's well-being. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. There are much better doctors out there that will actually invest in your health. He is simply working for a paycheck

I'm not sure what happened with the other peoples visit but the staff as well as the Doctor were extremely kind. Wonderful place to go and I will surely recommend this office!

Dr. Diaz has been amazing through my treatment of a rare infection. Diaz was always available to speak with me and with my other healthcare providers throughout my continued treatment. She isn't afraid to listen to other doctor's advice, and come together as a team. Most of all, Dr Diaz has a heart and practices medicine for the right reasons; the pure love helping the sick. A lot can be said about a doctor who gives you a hug and looks you in the eyes and says "everything is going to be alright" Hugs and compassion are not billable; more physicians should follow in her footsteps. Thank you Dr. Diaz and her staff for being there for me and my family.

You go to your appointment they tell you what to do and as the patient you follow through and the office drops the ball every time. From being slow to being rude this is the worst office I have ever seen. Don't even waste a minute of your life there. I feel bad for the Dr she should fire everyone.

Office manager sucks. Phones are never turned on staff is So slow. The dr is good though.
