Doctor Linda Esquivel has been my primary doctor since some time. When I come down with feeling ill I call the Office of Dr. Esquivel and they do attend to my need. One of the important factors with any medical professional is for the patient to have trust in the doctor. I do have trust in Dr. Esquivel. I am a patient that will ask questions or inquire on any specific health situation and I contact her office and the staff gives me a reply which I believe comes from Dr. Esquivel. Yes! She is quick in her service to the patients but I believe if the patient asks what he/she needs - she will give her service as best as she can. Dr. Esquivel cares for her patients physical wellness and offers any other service a patient may need. I am quite satisfied with Dr. Esquivel. Thank You Doctor and Staff.

It’s hard finding a good dr, she was amazing, i was late and she still squeezed me in

I have been a patient with Family Health of South Texas/Westover Hills Family Health since early 2015. First, I was seen by an awesome PA by the name of Margaret Heller before transitioning over to Dr. Linda Esquivel. Throughout my time as a patient here, I have never felt that I was being rushed through the appointment like I have felt with other providers. Dr. Esquivel listens, relates, and makes necessary recommendations to me as an individual and not as “just another patient”. This year has been especially hard for me as I’ve dealt with a chronic issue, and the entire staff has not only made me feel welcome, but as a part of their family. Dr. Esquivel’s nurse Crystal is nothing short of spectacular - she is caring, sweet, and attentive. If you want to feel like a number and be rushed through a quick appointment with little to no interaction, this is not the place for you. If you want a personalized connection with your doctor, nursing staff, and administrative staff, and want to… feel like you are welcome, then look no further than Dr. Esquivel and Family Health of South Texas/Westover Hills Family Health. As long as I am in San Antonio, I will forever be a patient here. You should be too.

When I first started going to this clinic the service was excellent, but as the years went by the Dr. in my opinion took on too many patients. The office staff seems to be overworked as well, they just don't provide the service they used to. It seems now the wait to see the Dr. is long and the time spent with the Dr. is too short.

Dr.E is an Excellent doctor, I have been her patient for 11years. My 79 year old Papa???? is also a patient of hers. She LISTENS to your concerns, and accurately diagnosis those concerns in a manner that anyone can understand. Unlike some doctors, she takes the time to answer questions. She is professional, caring, kind and has a very approachable demeanor. Dr. E is one of those rare and special doctors that is truly concerned w/ her patients health.

ASK FOR REFILLS TOOK TO LONG TO GET AND APPMENT WITH HER

I would run away from this office. All you will have are excuses. They tell you they send your referral but never do. They will tell you they send the prescription to the pharmacy and they don't. It's nothing but problems and lies. Oh and once you see your doctor forget it you will not see them again. You will only see the PA I no longer want to deal with this group. They have gotten too busy and the customer service is gone. You will regret it. You have been warned!!
