Very disappointed . Initially I had an appointment, she called and rescheduled it for a month later. Then I said wait a minute, I have a frozen shoulder, I can't wait for this long, I need a referral to go see my Orthopedic doctor (" I thought I need a referral to go see him") then she calls me back and leave a message @ 3.09 pm telling me that she could see me at 11.30 am or 2.45 pm the next day. I called and confirmed the appointment for 11.30 Am. Next day I rearranged my appointment book, because I also work by appointment, and often I go to the Dr Habeeb. Got there Her staff say.... You don't have an Appointment and made no effort to take me. did not care about my pain.. I doctor that only cares about money and has no compassion. Non Thank you. I pay for my health insurance, I am not asking for free bizz. Upset, I asked for my file, The staff said it takes a week to be done and can only be mailed. I called my insurance, find out that I did not need her for referral and find… another family care doctor.

Dr Habeeb takes the time to listen to what you have to say. She gives you all the time you need. She is knowledgeable and cares about you as a person and a patient.
