Dr. Lisa Renee Luckey, DO

I gave a three because the manager Tammy willingness to help and Dr Luckeys bedside manners are great, however I had only made three appointments with this office in which two appointments out of the three where canceled, one of those two canceled appointments was a procedure...I called and spoke to Dr's scheduler and she was very rude to the point that I was going to go there to retreated all my paperwork...Tammy made it work for me...I just had and appointment scheduled for Dec 22 and that one got canceled. so if you want a stable GI Dr this is not the office for you...I have patients myself and I cannot keep rescheduling my patients to fit Dr Luckeys schedule...sorry I am out.

The waiting time is awful sometimes over 2 hours the staff is rude specially Cathy! Such a nasty person, she seems to hate her job. Dr Luckey she is always been nice and courteous but unable to help me with mine gastrointestinal problems.
