Dr Ford didn't listen to me at all! He was in a hurry and made it quite obvious he didn't want to see me! I tried to ask one question, he turned his back on me and said I have to leave and walked out! He had didn't have an ounce of empathy or compassion in the two words he said to me! It is not a coincidence the last few reviews by patients have all experienced the same treatment or lack of treatment from Dr Ford!

This " Doctor " is an apathetic person! Definition for a person with lack of concern, failing to give proper care and attention, a lazy person or a lazy bum. I saw him for a breathing problem. He looked in my nose and said there is a blockage and that I need an operation which takes 20 minutes and to make an appointment on the way out. This problem I have for years, my Primary Care Dr. said it comes mostly from pollen in the air and prescribed nose drops. Then I said, my right ear is always itching maybe it should be cleaned out. He said there is nothing in it, left and came back with a plastic tube and told me to use it and to flush out the ear when I get home. I was in his office more or less 5 minutes but when I received a copy of the bill from the Insurance he had charged $ 539,-. What greedy bums of Doctors are out there !! Outrages !!

Then I said my right ear is always itching, he said there is noting in it, left and came back with a plastic tube and said to use it at home if I want to wash out the ear I was in his office less than 5 minutes when the bill from the insurance came he had charged $ 539,- which the insurance hat cut down to $ 256,- So, he is not only a lazy bum but also a greedy bum !

Dr. Ford is kind and caring. He has a sense of humor and is not an alarmist, everything that I look for in a doctor.

Dr Ford was able to resolve along standing sinus infection. He kept at it until the infection was gone. His explanations were clear and he tried several different approaches until he found the one that worked. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Ford performed an operation to remove a tumor from my salivary gland (parotidectomy). As he described to me before the operation, there are a number of potential complications with this procedure, especially because of facial nerves which pass through the area. My operation was very successful. Now, 4 weeks later, all is healing well. Prior to knowing the biopsy results obtained after the operation, there was a 10-20% possibility that the tumor was malignant which was a big concern of mine. Dr Ford called me immediately that he received the results from pathology to let me know the news. Fortunately, the news was good; my tumor was benign.

Dr Ford is johnny on the spot! He doesn't necessarily spend a lot of time with you, but he diagnosed my problem quickly and I have had no issues since! If you want a therapist he probably is not the one for you!

He almost made me feel stupid for coming in to see him. He spent maybe 5 minutes to tell me something that I already knew about myself and told me to come back in 2 months for a hearing test. I need to find someone new.

Great caring physician. He came highly recommended through other physicians. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ford spent maybe 5 min max, and run away! I would like to ask him a couple of questions, but never got a chance. It seems like he doesn't care much about the patient!
