Dr. London Cade Guidry, MD

Dr Guidry ha been my vascular surgeon for almost a year and a half. She’s very attentive to my health needs and has done an excellent job of explaining thoroughly any and all procedures I’ve needed ! I’m thankful that I have such a caring, compassionate and skilled vascular surgeon on my side. I couldn’t have found a better fit for my medical treatment. Thank you for everything Dr. Guidry !!!

My husband had to have a fistula put in after the one had been put in clotted. We were sent to the Vascular Clinic in Baton Rouge, LA. From the time we walked in until four days later we were released to go home, the staff and doctors at the Vascular Clinic were absolutely wonderful. (Brief history: My husband has had a catheter in for a year; fistula failed; he had 2 strokes, a heart attack and his quality of life went from 100 to 20). BUT, our visit to the Vascular Clinic changed him (and the best is yet to come). The nurses were funny but professional, caring and concerned. Dr. Shellack is truly a God-sent physician. His demeanor instantly put us at ease. Tests were run on Robert (we went only for a consultation), Dr. Shellack came in and said: "I CAN DO IT TOMORROW." We spent the night; Our Lady of the Lake staff was fantastic. The most beautiful part was before each procedure, we were asked if they could pray with us. Time for the surgery and in walks "the cutest young lady." "I'm… Dr. London Guidry and I'll be doing the procedure. She explained EVERYTHING in DETAIL, came to me after the surgery and explained what happened and how he did.I don't have the words to thank Dr. Guidry, Dr. Shellack and the staffs of the Vascular Clinic and Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. Would I recommend them? I have been singing their praises since I have been home. We go back tomorrow for a follow up visit and preparation for another procedure. We are so blessed to have physicians who KNOW that GOD directs their hands and their hearts. I know that God sent us there because He knows what we can bear. Dr. Guidry, we love you.
