Dr. Lori Jean Dotson, MD

This office does not answer your calls, the office staff is rude, they can't get authorizations or referrals done and they break HIPAA rules, treat you like a drug addict even if you are not. She seems to ignore significant signs and symptoms and calls it all depression when it's too much for her! You can complain to the "patient relations" department, but they're all working for the same company. No good will come of it AND if you try to stand up for yourself, she will discharge you . If you want to be left in the dark, go here. If you have multiple medical problems, steer clear. Sadly, this doctor is probably NOT about health care. She is all about the almighty dollar. Also, check your medical records. She keeps private notes that you DON'T get to see in mychart or your discharge papers!!!

If you have multiple medical problems, or a serious illness, I would seek assistance elsewhere. If you have a runny nose, then you might be okay.

Lori is brilliant, compassionate, and thorough. Whenever possible, she recommends the least invasive method for dealing with health issues. She takes the time to explain the reasons for whatever ails you, and also the possible treatments. She is kind and warm.

Dr. Dotson is a wonderful physician. Caring, intelligent and dependable.

I can't imagine where I'd be without the kindness, compassion and wisdom that I've experienced as a patient for over 4 years now! My life has been extended numerous times through her intercession. She is always there for me.

She is very caring and spends as much time with you as needed. You never feel like you are being rushed out the door. Staff is awesome.

dr. lori dotson is an intelligent, compassionate, and knowledgeable physician. she and her staff have reached above and beyond to help me deal with some serious health issues. i am sincerely grateful to have dr. dotson as my primary care physician!
