Dr. Louis Marcel Benevento, MD

I was on the road from AZ and having chest pain. I literally stumbled across the office next door to a Walgreens that had no staff to simply screen me. Because I was traveling the front desk person at the practice said to me, we would want you to be treated like one of our moms, so we are going to try to fit you in. And so they did! The PA who worked with me was BEYOND excellent, personable, listened well, and practical advice. I was ok just stressed out from getting ready to travel, and my second day on road. Otherwise I was heading back home and the trip was over. If I could give this practice and personnel 10 stars I would. Highly recommend. A model for what a practice should be. A rare find.

Dr. Benevento is a knowledgeable and terrific doctor.

I keep giving the staff here the benefit of the doubt but at each interaction, they continue to treat me like I am a hassle. I deserve to be treated better. PLEASE GET YOUR STAFF TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AND GENERAL MANNERS.

Office staff is rude, does not follow through.

Dr. Benevento is in my opinion very informed and a wealth of information. You may at times wait past your appointment, but when it is you turn he treats you as if you are his only appointment of the day. He doesn't try to treat you with costly tests unless necessary. He gives options of medications that might save money. He is patient and kind, but will be stern when needed!

Dr. Benevento and his staff are wonderful! He's not only highly intelligent and knowledgeable but also very compassionate (unless you gained weight since the last appointment and needed to lose, instead). I am recommending him to all my friends and just regret that I didn't find him sooner! He is genuinely concerned about his patients and it shows!
