Louis Wilbur Hansrote, MD

My newborn started to see Dr. Hansrote when he was only 3 months old sue to a heart condition. He has always been so great explaining out son's condition. The staff is also wonderful and friendly.

Absolutely the best Doctor and staff. We come up from Texas each year for my daughters checkups.

The first time we met Dr. Hanstrote was in the LVH emergency room on a stormy Saturday morning. It was the worst day of our life because our son had to be transported to Hershey where he spent 12 days in the PICU. When we returned home, we had to see Dr. Hansrote on a regular basis since our son was diagnosed with Wolff Parkinson White syndrome. Very scary situation but Dr. Hanstrote and his staff put our minds to ease. That first visit was 17 years ago. Our son had surgery last year to correct his problem. Our son will have his one year post op check up today. His last visit with Dr. Hansrote will be next year. We will miss our yearly visits with him. He his the BEST pediatric cardiologist ever. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lou!
