Arrogant and cold. She would not answer my questions but was telling me I needed medication. Took the chart to several doctors and they were not in favor of medication. Will never return to her office.

If you go to her bring a lunch as you will sit at least five hours waiting. Every single time I have waited HOURS and no one called into room. Other patients were complaining about long waits too. My appointment was at 10am and I left at 3pm without being seen

I have been seeing this doctor since 2011 for glaucoma. I have waited in her waiting room anywhere from 2 1/2 to 5 hours to be seen. Good doctor but no respect for patients time.

Dr. Casuso is very knowledgeable and friendly. She takes her cases seriously, and dedicates time and attention to her patients. She is no longer accepting my insurance. However, I still see her and pay out of pocket. The wait is sometimes long, but the doctor's professionalism and expertise is well worth it.
