While Dr Li and her assistant were friendly, professional and forthcoming, there are major flaws to overcome as a patient Wait time in treatment room While they will you guide to your treatment room on time, they make you wait between 25 to 30 mins, half naked (happened twice in a row, so I assume this is their standard) Lack of price transparency The patient is not being informed as to what the pricing will be for even minor procedures. The fact that a 5 second freeze of a tag costs $55, seems outrageously high and I at least would like to be given the courtesy to understand the pricing options. Major wake-up call at check-out when you are presented a $400 bill for a short visit, a biopsy and two tag freezes! Automatic follow-up visit scheduled No matter what the results from a biopsy are, they make you come back for another (of course chargeable visit). Unless of course you call in and request the results over the phone and cancel the appointment yourself. Phone Problems… at Reception Once you get to talk to a receptionist (of curse after waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes) it turns out that her phone is broken (and has been broken for the last three weeks). Her voice is all chopped up and you can barely understand her. One would think with these high prices, a critical device such as a receptionist phone will be fixed immediately Again, nice Dr and Assistant but majorly flawed environment, processes and pricing! While Dr Li, is very friendly and her assistant is very forthcoming. I will not go back to this Dermatologist for the following reasons - The guide you to the room on time, but then make you wait 25-30 mins (happened every time I went for my annual scan) - During the scan procedure, there is no communication as to the pricing of their procedures, Freezing a tag (5 seconds), $55. The patient has no control over the cost and is exposed to a bill when checking out - Follow-up appointments are being booked by default, even if biopsies were benign they make you come back and of course charge for a visit. Unless you go through the hassle of trying to call them - Once you get to talk the an receptionist over the phone, you can;t understand her because her phone is defect Been defect for the last three weeks... come on this is a patient facing role and at their pricing (see above) you would expect such a device to be repaired within three weeks Again good and friendly doctor, but major… flaws in environment and procedures!

I’ve seen Dr. Li for multiple appointments over the last 10 years. I have a history of skin cancers. I was drawn to her because of her Harvard degree and have not been disappointed with her service. She is efficient in her appointments so I can get back to work. I value her work??

I have been going to Dr. Li for over 5 years. Her front desk office is very friendly, helpful and efficient. I have never had a waiting time of more than 10 minutes from scheduled appointment. As far as Dr. Li is concerned, I have the highest regard for her medical expertise and she is always very professional and above all makes you feel cared for.

Robert E. Short Jr. — 5 star I have been a patient of Dr. Li for almost two decades. She is a delightful person and a trusted skin care professional. She has removed five skin cancer spots on me during that time. Three were on my face and the surgical procedures she performed left no scaring what so ever. Her PA is Christine, another wonderful professional who I highly recommend also. If anyone is looking for a great dermatologist you can stop your search, Dr. Li is it.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Li for years. The wait times are not long...the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Li takes the time to answer our questions, and she provides great feedback. Her PA, Andrea, is very outgoing and personable. I would recommend Dr. Li.

dr lucy has been treating my skin cancer for 2 years.she and her staff are very professional,very knowledgable,patient and freindly.my surgeries were performed in her office,follow up care is top notch.i have lived in michigan,university of michigan hospital family members agree with me that she is the real deal.that harvard degree is a plus
