Dr. Luis Ignacio Salazar, MD

my 18yo son has recently been treated for a condition that initially requires close follow-up for medication adjustments/changes. The group we began with was completely disorganized and uncaring. Finding Provida was a welcome relief. Dr. Salazar is intelligent, attentive, intuitive and responsive. The staff is also competent and kind. I could not be happier. Thank you!

HORRIBLE- STAY AWAY!!! Want to only see a physician assistant but be charged like your seing a Dr? Come here! Wait a hour past appointment time? COME HERE! Want to be ripped off & charged extra for anything they can find to bill in addition to the actual visit? Come here! Want Daisy or Bianca in billing to talk to you like they're on Jerry Springer? Then come here! If not- stay away! Honestly not sure how they haven't been shut down! Incompetant, uneducated staff!! Rude and nickel and dime you!!

STAY AWAY! THESE PEOPLE AND DR ARE CROOKS!

Don't bother with this practice - they care more about QUANTITY service than they do QUALITY service! Staff hangs up on you. looses prescriptions, sends you to the wrong place to have testing done, third parties out part of your physical - and then you receive an extra bill for it! Takes weeks to get in with the doctor. Their answer is to have you come in for "Walk-In Service" and have you sit for hours waiting. The girls at the front desk are disrespectful, rude and liars. Their office is the most disorganized and chaotic practice I have ever walked in to. No thank you!

Beware this doctor likes to give you multiple unnecessary appointments to probably keep charging the insurance for general questions you may have in a health check. I have a few general questions that would not take a long time and he wanted me to do different appointments. He apparently could not answer those health questions in a single office visit. He does not take his time in office visits and he has several other complaints.

I made an appointment and waited two hours. The dr. Overbooked patients and the staff's answer was that the doctor had a patient who took a lot of his time in the morning. I'm looking for a new doctor.

Staff is horrible do not return follow up phone calls. I waited almost an hour one time. Cares more about making money than patients. Supposed nurses can't even take a correct blood pressure reading.
