Over medicates, massively. Charges $1300 for a "Comprehensive" visit. My insurance company stopped paying him because of unethical practices. His staff looks down upon the patients and they act like wardens. His reviews on his website are fake. Reviews that can't be bought are the legit ones and speak for themselves. His policy is to come back 1-2 weeks after a medication change. Pay attention to how often your meds are changed and request a copy of your entire chart and billing records.

I was a patient of Dr. Parvin as a child. He pumped me full of drugs which caused me to gain 20 pounds in a month and refused to let me get off the medications that were making me extremely depressed. At points it was so bad that I was suicidal. Because of him, I endured ruthless bullying because of my weight. It’s been over 10 years since I’ve been a patient of his, however, I am still healing from the emotional scars left by his treatment. I would never recommend sending a child to him.

Just think before pumping your child full of psych drugs. Get a second opinion and talk to your pediatricians. Very odd man and really only cares about prescribing meds and ordering labs.

The cost is very affordable for most people at this point it is INTEREST FREE $27.50 per month x 12 months, $12.50 x 12 months or one time $20 fee. It is FREE for Medicare patients. We do not get any money from the Testing company for this test nor do we own stocks in them. We only want the results so we can avoid trial and error treatment which is standard of care now. This testing also allows us to save lives and reduce costs for the patient, patients family and healthcare system. We have amazing good outcomes in our care and saved the healthcare system thousands and thousands of dollars from patients having to be hospitalized or due to medication related side effects. Also reduced the patients cost in health care due to better outcomes and quicker resolution of their concerns. Our patients actually end up having bettter health and financial status due to getting better faster. Genetic Testing of Medication also helps our therapy patients have better our comes. As well as know if they are one of the few who could die from surgery medicine, have higher chance of addictions to medicines or could have TOXIC or POOR responses from their Pediatric or Internal Medicine medications. Miss Nicole receptionist is very difficult to get past and make an appointment. You first have to file out a file for new patient online before you can even make an appointment. Then the call your insurance to see if you are good enough to be seen and then it takes 2 weeks to hear back from the office manager. Then if you are not good enough then you are told the doctor will not be excepting new patients even though they are excepting new patient charts online and told to fill one out when you are calling in for an appointment. So he is picking and choosing and the front staff is dictating his practice which is sad because he might be a good doctor but his staff might put his practice a bad light. I would not waist your time with this office.

Very long wait. Also wanted to keep a credit card on file and be allowed to charge it at their discretion. He uses the very short rating scales supplied only by the drug companies. There is no person at this practice who can perform and score the tests given by a real psychological clinician; such as a licensed neuropsychologist - we asked. You have to go elsewhere for those tests. Wanted to prescribe 4 things after 5 minutes into first visit; claimed to make a diagnosis in 5 minutes. The therapist had credentials - i.e. degrees and license on the wall, but the doctor did not; checked and he went to some place in the Phillipines, not the United States, for his medical degree. Very pompous; when we disagreed with him, he got very defensive and offended. He also completely misinterpreted many things in the remaining 10 minutes in his attempt to bend the conversation into his completely wrong diagnosis. Never going back to this place.

talks about himself a lot. does not listen. wanted to tell me what was wrong with me and not make an actual diagnosis. was very off topic and strange - wasted time telling a story that had nothing to do with me or helping me. also acted really bizarre - maybe trying to be funny? not professional. will never go back. 2 hour wait.
