Dr. Manuel Gallego is a great physician and a wonderful person. Although it is his job to listen to his patients, Dr. Gallego listens on a totally different level. Patients are very appreciative of this skill as it makes a world of difference. He has a way of getting to the crux of any situation and finding an appropriate plan of care. Dr. Gallego spends a generous amount of time with each patient allowing them to really understand themselves. In addition to his own busy practice, Dr. Gallego helps numerous people at a free clinic in Arcadia, Florida.

He took me off my medications all of them and I was in my room for 3 months crying. He then told me to get a new doctor because I'm to complicated. Hes the worst dr ever and I would NEVER recmoned him

An absolutely knowledgeable and caring human being ... takes pride in his work and is an awesome person who takes time with each patient ... so yes, you do have to wait your turn, but you’ll get your fair chance to speak and be heard.

Cannot say enough positive things about this guy. He is very caring, you can tell he honestly cares about his patients and their families. He actually listens and takes the patients concerns and request into thought when he gives advice and instructions. He knows and believes that the patients family is important to their care and progress. Patients will wait for hours to see him, he does not watch the clock, he takes as much or as little time as needed to address any issues or concerns. Just an awesome person!

Dr. Gallego is very caring, kind hearted, smart, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and a brilliant doctor. He is a humble human being. He will never look at the clock and will give you all the time you require. That does mean everyone waits their turn. But i find that to be just fair. He does not experiment new medications on you and will wait till something truly works right. He thinks deep as he listens to your story. I find him to be a brilliant physician and and he is definitely worth a visit and he is a very caring human being above all else.

Dr. Gallego is a very caring doctor he listens to what you have to say. He truly cares about people. He takes two days out of his primary practice to bring quality psychiatric care to those less fortunate. I would never go to an other psychiatrist , he does not treat people like they are crazy, he understands and explains that the problem you may be having is just like any other physical ailments. Dr. Gallego is the best doctor I have been fortunate to have.
