Dr. Margaret Ann Kelleher, MD

My teenager met with Dr. Kelleher for acne treatment. Every time we met with her, she would embarrass him and would be extremely rude, to a point where while I was paying at the front desk, he would face the wall and cry, while waiting for me. I couldn’t bear watching him being so distressed, so we had to choose another physician. We came upon Dr. Patel, who is so nice with him , so my child child now does not have any issue seeing her. I am sorry a physician could be so rude, especially with a child.

dr Kelleher is the real thing, friendly, courteous, she doesn't give you the bum's rush. I liked her.

I had my first visit with Dr. Kelleher last week. I'm so impressed with her and her staff that I'm writing this review, although it's my first time ever doing so! Jessica, Dr. Kelleher's Receptionist and Appointment Setter, greeted us warmly and with a smiling face. What a nice way to start our visit! Apparently, the doctor was running a little behind schedule because we had to wait a while before being taken back to one of her exam rooms. When it was our turn, Sabrina (another member of Dr. Kelleher's office staff) took us to one of the rooms; however, she decided that since there were two of us plus my wheelchair, we would be more comfortable in a larger room. This indicated to me that she was sensitive to our particular situation and interested in our comfort. How refreshing! Shortly thereafter, Dr. Kelleher came into the room apologizing for the delay in getting to us. She was smiling,. warm. friendly and quickly relieved me of any anxiety I may have had by asking, "So,… how's your skin?" The rest of the appointment was just as pleasant and professional and I have another appointment with her next month.

The staff was great! Doctor Kelleher was TERRIBLE!!!! Her bedside manner was RUDE

Waited over an hour, Kelleher spent 4 minutes with me and rushed out. I felt like a fool, and will NEVER return.

Dr. Kelleher is a dedicated, capable professional with an exceptionally good bedside manner. She is witty and makes me laugh even if I am worried. She makes me feel comfortable and at ease before a procedure and explains the process as she goes along. She keeps up with the literature and will not just cut something off to charge the insurance. She acts quickly if you need more intense care. But she also does excellent laser work for brown spots. I love the results. I have referred many of my friends to her and they all feel the same way about her.

I have been to Dr. Kelleher many times and she is nothing but professional. She always knows exactly what to do with my skin. She explains things thoroughly and spends a lot of time with me. All of my family has been to her and have been very happy with her.

I would NEVER recomment her- I came in with a rash on my face, she spend one minute with me, told me I have allergies, asked if it was itchy- I told her it was not & that I do not have any other allergy symtoms- she told me I was wrong and it was irritated and I was itching it... She then prescribed medicine that made the rash worse and when I tried calling to get a different precription that might actually help (I called 4 times) I was told to take Clariton. I explained I had been taking allergy medicine and it was not helping and then I was told I will need to make another appt. Maybe if she spent more than 1 minute in our first appt and asked a few more questions and didn't disgard my response the correct diagnosis would have been made in the first place. I will never go back and would not suggest anyone spend a single penny at her office. The only positive thing was the staff- very kind and friendly.

Dr. Kelleher removed some skin lesions and did a good efficient job.
