Dr. kent is a very warm caring dr. Very prompt and understanding. When my blood work came back, she was prompt to call me with the results. I wanted to come in and get a copy of the results and she offered to mail me the report to save me a trip. The staff was also very nice. Dr. Kent is a very good doctor.

Dr. Kent & her staff are friendly, & caring. my husband & I are patients, and find Dr. Kent to be warm & caring. The staff is very helpful with any concerns you may have.

There are some problems getting through on the phones but I stay with this practice because I trust Dr. Kent.

I was seen in the ER on Monday and told to follow up with my Dr. the next day. Could not get an appt for a week and a half. When I did finally get an appt, I waited over an hour to be seen, only for her to prescribe me narcotics and say come back in 2 weeks if it's not better. What kind of Dr does that????

Nursing staff and both Dr. Kent and her affiliates are very rude and not discretionary. If you have a confidential illness that you don't want anyone to know about, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR
