The worst experience I have ever had! She left my grandmother prepped and waiting for a colonoscopy since 11:00am, she then leaves the hospital because she had a dentist appointment for a cavity! She finally ended up performing the colonoscopy at 6:00pm!! Extremely unprofessional, 0 ethics, and should not have a license.

Not impressed

I was recommended to Dr Valdez from my primary. My initial visit was fantastic. I found the Dr to be engaging, interested in my issues snd medical history. She gave me as much time as I needed and was efficient in setting up my needed procedures. My issue is with her scheduler snd the Physicians Regional system. I have an upcoming procedure that needs to be rescheduled. I started calling to reschedule 45 days prior to the procedure only to be told the scheduler had her voicemail on. The physicians Regional team said they would send a message and have thee we scheduler call me back. 5 CALLS LATER and STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK! How is this any king of customer service? Each time I’m told they’ll mark it URGENT. STILL no call back. If I just didn’t show for the procedure, I’m sure they’d charge me for their time. What about my time in trying to do the right thing to reschedule and being ignored. Again, very poor service. It’s s shame that s Dr with the reputation Dr Valdez is… being damaged by someone they can’t execute the basic functions of their role.

The office staff was very pleasant her nurse Betty took her time asking questions and once Dr Valdés came in felt very comfortable
