Horrible doctor and staff! They care 0 about you. Look at u as if you are lying to her or she just dont listen to your concerns. U leave the office worst than u go in. Staff is rude as the doctor and show no care for anything at all as if you dont like it you can go attitude. She should be closed down.

Dr does not look at you when trying to understand your issues. Just checks off boxes on a laptop without trying to challenge herself to understand the underlying issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Viscuso for over 25 years. She is a an excellent physician.

I read reviews by other patients which made me a bit cautious about going through with my appointment; however, I did and she was prompt and focused on me during my new patient visit. It was much longer that I expect but she got a full reproductive health and history from me and went through it with me. She did my annual exam and told me she thought i had an enlarged uterus and wrote an order for an ultrasound, as she suspected I had fibroids. Well, as it turns out, my uterus was slightly enlarged but very normal and healthy with no fibroids.... The ultrasound revealed a tumor in my left ovary the size if a small orange...crazy. Had she not sent me for an ultrasound, there's no knowing what kind of health I could have been in 1 year from now. I have an appointment with an oncologist she referred me to next month. by practicing good medicine, Dr. Lay may have saved my life.

Dr. Viscuso is one of the most caring and concerned Dr.s that I have ever met. Dr.Viscuso takes the time to listen to your concerns and has always offered invaluable advice. Several members of my family go to Dr. Viscuso so I have seen her in action under some very trying situations. Dr. Viscuso is the Dr. that I want making decisions on important health issues and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This is about a visit made in 2009...The receptionist is very rude and dry. She makes it difficult to schedule an appointment because she is so nasty on the phone and then rude in person. She makes you feel like you're wasting her time if you even approach her. I waited standing around for about 15 minutes with my urine sample because she was on a personal phone call & couldn't be bothered to just put her call on hold to take the sample from me; this event confirmed my negative perception of her. I really do hope Dr. Viscuso has hired a new receptionist so I won't have to deal with this receptionist the next time I have to go in for a check-up. I really do like Dr. Viscuso though.
