I do not like to put negative reviews However I depend on reviews so I feel I need to warn those who do as well. Dr Naveed seems to be a good doctor, but communication is vital to a patient. I had read the reviews on her before going and saw that the reason for the negative comments were about total lack of communication after leaving an appointment. I found that to be accurate. I called the office once about follow up on a test and after a week of no response called again- no response after 48 hours So I called to cancel the procedures because if they can’t answer simply questions how will they ever get back with anything else. I asked them if they would cancel with the surgical center and they assured me they would. Just got a call from the surgical center and they had NOT cancelled with them. A doctor’s practice is not just the doctor but the entire team and communication is vital!! There response to them not getting back was “ well we get a lot of calls every day”
