Switched offices because they were not testing regularly as they should be doing when prescribing Truvada. Soto and Couch may be decent enough doctors - they know little of LGBTQ care.

I have been seeing Dr. Couch for almost 7 year's. An excellent physician I would recommend to anyone. He has helped me tremendously. Dr. Couch is very knowledgeable and professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Couch for more years than I have been alive. I tried to reschedule my appt recently only to be told that it would/could not be rescheduled and if I cancelled, I would be dismissed from care. This office manager is a joke.

Dr. Couch I think really tries, but trying isn't good enough when a patient has a real problem that needs timely, quality and thorough attention. Dr. Couch and his staff do not realize that a patients time is worth something too. They had me wait for 2 hours after I had seen Dr. Couch the day before and treatment wasn't working and were "trying to work me in." While I was waiting for those 2 hours, receptionist was calling other patients for bill reminders in front of waiting area using first and last name under instruction of manager. After I called this to their attention I received a certified letter of dismissal from Dr. Couch's practice. Insurance: Anthem
